Privacy Policy

The short version. We store only what you give us so the app can work: your account, your goal and your progress. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use tracking or analytics cookies.

1. Who we are

This app is run by Thinkers Pledge (“we”). You can reach us at contact@thinkerspledge.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name. Your password is protected by our sign-in provider, and we never see it.
Your goal and progress: what you write in the app, such as your goal, reasons, milestones, daily actions, check-ins, weekly reviews, ideas and pledge, plus your plan (Free, Premium or Premium + Coach).
Coaching details (only if you add them): your preferred call days and times, and your phone or WhatsApp number.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log things like your IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

To run the app, save your goal to your account and let you use it on any device.
To create your daily action suggestions. These are produced by rules built into the app, not by sharing your goal with an outside AI.
To send account emails, such as your confirmation and password reset.
To provide coaching, if you are on the Premium + Coach plan.

4. Who can see your information

You can see your own data. Our system is set up so members cannot see each other's goals.
Our coach sees only what you choose to send, for example through WhatsApp. If we add a coach dashboard later, we will ask for your permission first.
Service providers that help us run the app process data for us: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider, and, when payments are added, our payment provider. They may store data in other countries.
We do not sell your personal information.

5. Voice input and WhatsApp

Voice input uses your browser's speech feature. Your browser's provider (for example Google for Chrome) may process the audio. We do not receive your audio, only the text you choose to keep.
WhatsApp: buttons open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. In a WhatsApp group, other members can see your phone number.

6. Storage on your device

The app saves your goal and your sign-in on your own device using your browser's storage, so it works quickly and stays signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you log out, the goal is cleared from that device.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your goal and account data. We may keep minimal records, such as payment records, where the law requires it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete your account. Email contact@thinkerspledge.com from the address you signed up with, and we will reply within 30 days. You can also edit most of your information inside the app.

9. Security

Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access rules limit each member to their own information. No online service is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong, unique password.

10. Children

Thinkers Pledge is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Not professional advice

The app offers general goal-setting guidance. It is not medical, mental health, financial or legal advice. For those matters, please speak to a qualified professional.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is important.
